SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Following this, another email will be sent with courier tracking details once your order has been packed.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Deliveries may be shipped using our delivery partners or TTPOST depending on your location and payment method. All orders will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days from receipt, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Returns will be facilitated using the same delivery method used for delivery, where possible. All returned items must be in the same condition received, with original packaging. The only exception to this would be situations where items were received damaged.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

This would depend on the delivery partner assigned to your order. If this information is not available from the tracking email, please feel free to contact us.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We are able to ship internationally. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes applicable. Please contact us for further details.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

For items which were received damaged, customers will be refunded in full via bank deposit following inspection of the returned item. 

For orders  where customers changed their mind about the product, customers are responsible for the return delivery fee. All items must be returned in original condition will all tags and packaging, where applicable. Refunds are facilitated via store credit or bank deposit following inspection of the returned item(s).
